Refunds & Cancellation

Vaastukriti is a digital service delivered immediately on payment. This policy explains when we refund and how to ask.

One plan — ₹499, single payment

Full refund within 7 days if you have not used the paid features — that is, no AI generations spent and no DXF or PDF exported.
Once you have generated a plan or exported a drawing, the service has been delivered and the payment is not refundable.
This purchase does not renew. Nothing further is charged.

Subscriptions

Cancel at any time from the account panel inside the application. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
We do not refund part-used periods.
If you were charged after cancelling, that is our error and we refund it in full.

When we always refund

You were charged twice for the same thing.
You were charged after cancelling.
The service was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours during your paid period.

How to ask

Email support@vaastukriti.com with the payment reference from your Razorpay receipt. We reply within 3 working days.

How long a refund takes

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Razorpay typically takes 5–7 working days to return the money to your bank or card. We have no control over that timing.
