Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Vaastukriti, a home-planning application operated by Vikash Patel, sole proprietor, trading as Vaastukriti, India. By creating an account or making a payment you accept them.

1. What the service does

Vaastukriti generates residential floor plans, evaluates them against Vastu Shastra principles, produces preliminary structural and quantity information, and exports drawings and reports. It is a design aid for professionals and homeowners.

2. What the service is not — please read this one

Vaastukriti does not produce approved construction drawings. Every plan, structural calculation, quantity estimate and cost figure it generates is preliminary and indicative. Before any of it is used for construction, tendering, statutory approval or financial commitment, it must be independently checked, corrected and signed off by a licensed architect and a qualified structural engineer.

Vastu guidance reflects traditional principles and is advisory. Different schools of Vastu differ; the software's interpretation is one of them, not a definitive ruling.

3. Your account

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to it secure.
One account is for one person. Do not share credentials.
We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the service, resell access, or attempt to circumvent usage limits.

4. Payment

One plan (₹499) — a single payment granting 30 days of access with the limits shown at the time of purchase. It does not renew automatically.
Subscriptions — recurring payments that renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from inside the application; access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.

5. Usage limits

Each plan includes a stated number of AI generations and saved projects per period. These limits exist because AI generation costs real money per request. Limits are shown before you buy and in your account panel at all times.

6. Your content

Plans, drawings and project data you create remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store them, display them back to you, and process them to provide the service. We do not sell your designs and we do not use them to train models.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, or because of failures at hosting or payment providers.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for construction costs, delays, rework, statutory penalties, or losses arising from reliance on output that was not independently verified as required by clause 2.

9. Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may end your access for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at ⟨FILL IN — city⟩, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.

Before you take real money: set BUSINESS_CITY in app.yaml to the city whose courts you want named, and have these terms reviewed by a lawyer once you have revenue.
